A career change is a walk in the park. If it were that easy, the castle gates have been broken long ago in the stampede of restless corporate warriors. Even with a burning desire to escape, the gritty issues of money and future work loom larger than life itself. Add in the trauma of a lost security blanket and you have a love-hate relationship that keeps you marching stoically in place. It need not be. Successful career changers take one step at a time.
