78 fuel ranks had been evaluated in 70 cities of the state of Minas Gerais in relation to the practical ones adopted in the collection and the destination of the Used Lubricative Oils or Contaminados (OLUC) and of the oil packings. The results had disclosed that more than 15% of the ranks destine such residues of inadequate form and about 9% declared not to be fiscalized by the responsible ambient agencies. In Minas Gerais they are generated annually about 100 a thousand m of used oil 150 a thousand m of packings, I contend 3,6 approximately a thousand m of residual oil, discarded unnecessary. The National Politics of Resduos Slidos (PNRS), created in 2010, is essentially a consolidation of the legislation already in vigor in the Country and brought little innovative contribution for the sector, except for the inclusion of entities and associations of catadores in the recycling process and for the establishment of stated periods so that the Plans of Management of Solid Residues are elaborated (PGRS) in Federal, State and Municipal level, as well as some other lesser obligations. The PNRS still depends on much regulation to become a law with solutions effective for the problems of the solid residues in Brazil and, for this, it will depend on the participation of all the involved segments, also of one concrete and aggressive politics on the part of the governments and the companies.

A large river that flows through Vinnitsa – Southern Bug – our ancestors have named God. We live in the land which God generously endowed the most fertile soil in Europe and clear rivers, lush forests and velvet meadows, steppes and spreading harsh hills. This – our little home, which combines the lure and all the bounties of Ukraine. Vineyard – one of the oldest cities in Ukraine. More 600 years old he stands on the picturesque banks of the Southern Bug.

History of Vinnitsa – is part of the history of the right-bank Ukraine. It is inextricably linked with the historical development of the Ukrainian nation, its economy, culture, struggle against foreign invaders. Southern Bug River basin has long been inhabited by the Slavs, who successfully fought off an attack by numerous enemies. In the middle of the XIII century, hordes of the Mongol-Tatar invaders, using the feudal fragmentation, captured nearly all the Eastern Slavic lands, including Pobuzhzha. At the beginning of the second half of XIV century Podolia passes under the authority of the State of Lithuania. It was at this time based city of Vinnitsa.

Great Lithuanian Duke Algirdas Lithuania aspires to join the "all Rus' and was persistently toward this goal. In 1362 Kyiv region and were under the control of Pereyaslavschina Olgerd. Music is everywhere in this city. In the squares on the weekends playing orchestras, and barselontsy with a quiet, restrained solemnity sardanu dance. In the subway you can see the stylized "Beatles" guys singing Yesterday, and a small jazz band. On the narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter hear the sounds of Spanish guitar. Even if you do not know about Barcelona is practically nothing, you've probably heard of the Rambla – the main pedestrian street.

From morning to night it is filled with tourists and locals. Stroll along the Rambla, drink table with a glass of sangria, buy souvenirs, look at the living statue, visit the famous market Boqueria, observe the work of street artists or look at the performance of jugglers … but what is there not to Rambla! Creation Gaudi – something without which Barcelona would not be myself. Park Guell, Casa Batley, Casa Mila, Sagrada Familia affect both patterns of brilliant ideas embodiment of the architect, and did not see them – it means not to see Barcelona. Parc Guell – One of the favorite places to walk among residents of the city. According to the original idea here was to grow an entire city block, Gaudi wanted to realize this project, the idea of a harmonious combination of architecture and nature. But bring work to the end did not work, and the site was subsequently sold to the city authorities, and frustrated "garden city" was one of the most beautiful urban parks.

Fishing Along with the trophy cod Norwegian early in the morning we went fishing. He knows all the fishing spots. Moreover, in different places and at different depths in their own fish caught. I really wanted to catch the worst fish, it is with great teeth, called the catfish. In photo terribly scary, let alone in life, imagine I am afraid. But the Norwegian said that the easier to catch catfish in the north, where you can catch the sea devil, no less terrible.

He smiled. Here then began the most interesting. We have thrown spinning, suddenly a powerful blow spinning and curved into an arc, I had to keep her husband's belt, not to fell overboard. And in my head, only one thought which they fish, and just would not have got away. Struggle lasted very long twenty minutes, I thought there was something incredible. Norwegian changed places with her husband, the line crackled, if only spinning getting out of hand! And suddenly, a miracle, suddenly a great big fish, seemed to the water surface, its huge size has led me in horror. I did not know whom to hold: the husband or it is time to run for bagorikom. Norwegian deftly grabbed bagorik and helped to pull fish into the boat.

Rybina was cod, as it turned out 18 kilogram. But this is our fishing is not over. 4 hours we pulled out two more cod, though smaller, weighing 9-11 kg.

On Saturday, I asked my husband to take place, and went with us, my mother brother. In the village of New Life is the Monastery – Holy Ascension David deserts. If anyone heard (or read), two years ago was killed by an abbot father Herman got there, and there all the temples are closed. No service even sooner arrived. But we are in a temple where a monk let retractable – we put the candles, numerous relics venerated the saints.

After that we accidentally 'nailed' to a group of pilgrims (they were on tour), went with them to another temple. There also were many relics, including the power sv.Davida Serpukhov (founder of the monastery). And lucky we are that this group of pilgrims made a monk from the altar of the shrine – a piece of nail from the cross, on which Jesus Christ was crucified. My brother and I stood in line to venerate the relic, and the monk saw us and said the pilgrims' Kids skip ahead! " We quickly went forward and then husband was joking 'Same to me – the children! " ) After visiting the monastery we went to Talezh – in this village is a sacred source, sanctified, and, in honor of St.. David of Serpukhov. We initially with his brother bath tuned to this source, because at Epiphany, I do not Later came and met her husband. When I went into a closed women's font (wooden house with wooden floors and benches in the center of which a font with ice-cold water from a spring and two ladders of metal, as in the pool), there already sat two women, they were dressed. I quickly undressed and got on the ice when wet wooden floor, straight as much from such a foul was cold! Quickly descended to the bottom of the font, the water I was in my throat.

Everything happened very quickly, I afraid that I will bring the legs (as a child I was already there with her mother and grandmother and then could not plunge immediately cramped legs). After the first dip, I stopped breathing, whole body cramped and cold on your face from me, probably I was horrified quickly plunged into the second and third time, and a bullet popped out of the font. There is already cold you do not feel, only steam was from me. Jumped on the bench (the floor is still very icy was) and there are already dressed. Insulated wet head cap, stoles and Hooded jackets then bathed her husband and brother. My brother often happens here in the summer with friends – on foot, walking through the woods (near turns out), but the husband had never bathed in such icy water – only 4 degrees. In general, most experience positive, bright and cheerful! I thought that was not able to dive, but unable!

Going on a trip, I blurted out his friends about it. The first question was "To Cossacks? ". It turns out that the city recently conducted a Cossack festival. And in a city park is a memorial plaque with the inscription "The whole history of Russia made the Cossacks. Leo Tolstoy. " Adoption of the controversial, but many here believe that this so.

On the streets sometimes you meet people in Cossack uniform. The city itself stretches for 70 kilometers along the Donets River. Buildings in the main floor, the shore at high Donets, views amazing! With Carool mountains and the city mountains "Sisters" – at a glance. Many churches and historic buildings. By the way, Peter and Paul Church in the village Boguraeve where I stopped for the night – a monument of federal importance.

Trinity Church in the village avuncular never recovered from the WW. It's too bad … In the Great Patriotic War is heavy fighting. And of course, a lot of monuments to the fallen. The city and district. In a city park a whole avenue of heroes. I really liked the modest memorial stone for the church in the hamlet Boguraev. A modest stone on the pedestal with the inscription "Eternal glory to the memory of the fallen and for the freedom and independence of our homeland," conventional iron fence. The grass inside and around the weed, papers and other garbage next to no. And in general, was struck by the purity of city streets. We can, if we want! But it is, to the word. You can tell a long time and a lot. If you're in the Rostov region, be sure to visit this beautiful city. Indeed, many of You go on vacation to the south along the federal highway "Don." After making a detour of 120 miles, then you'll remember this for a long time! And maybe all my life!
